March 2025 Release Notes 25.2

Release notes are a summary of changes made to the bhworks platform in a new release. The items listed below are in addition to the general improvements and bug fixes included in the release. For additional information on new functionality, please contact support@mdlogix.com.

Copying Forms

The primary focus for this latest release is to enable users to copy specific forms, such as plans of care, without having to input all of the information again. Some information can be excluded from the copying process, such as staff signature and plan of care type. The excluded information is configured by mdlogix support staff.    

• After a staff user starts a form that has the copy function enabled, they will see an option to “Copy values from Plan of Care date MM/DD/YYY” or “Start a new Plan of Care”. 

• The Copy Values option includes a link to the report for the form that will be copied. 

• The staff user can then select “Copy Values” and, after the copy process is complete, they are taken into the new Plan of Care with all fields copied except those configured to be excluded. 

• Completing the required fields and then finalizing the document will create a new record on the documents tab. 

Dashboards and Report Improvements

We have made improvements to the following dashboards:

• Screening Activity: GAD (Child/Adolescent) UPDATED We updated the dashboard with a new graph that shows Average Scores by Task Name / Time Period. This can be utilized by those who are collecting repeated measures (e.g., Intake, 3 Month, 6 Month, Exit). 

• Screening Activity: GAD (Adult) UPDATED We updated the dashboard with a new graph that shows Average Scores by Task Name / Time Period. This can be utilized by those who are collecting repeated measures (e.g., Intake, 3 Month, 6 Month, Exit). 

• Screening Activity: BHS (Child) UPDATED We updated the dashboard with a new graph that shows Average Scores by Task Name / Time Period. This can be utilized by those who are collecting repeated measures (e.g., Intake, 3 Month, 6 Month, Exit). 

• Screening Activity: BHS (Adolescent/Adult) UPDATED We updated the dashboard with a new graph that shows Average Scores by Task Name / Time Period. This can be utilized by those who are collecting repeated measures (e.g., Intake, 3 Month, 6 Month, Exit).

• Screening Activity: PHQ (Adolescent) UPDATED We updated the dashboard with a new graph that shows Average Scores by Task Name / Time Period. This can be utilized by those who are collecting repeated measures (e.g., Intake, 3 Month, 6 Month, Exit). 
  

• Screening Activity: PHQ (Adult) UPDATED We updated the dashboard with a new graph that shows Average Scores by Task Name / Time Period. This can be utilized by those who are collecting repeated measures (e.g., Intake, 3 Month, 6 Month, Exit).     

We have made improvements to the following reports:

• Participants: Program Enrollment Report UPDATED We updated the report to include all staff users assigned to the participant by program(s).

• Referrals: Referred Participants Report UPDATED We updated the report to include Ethnicity.

FAQs, Workflow guides, and Training videos are accessible through the HELP option on the bottom right corner of the bhworks Platform.
