May 2026 Release Notes 26.2

This release introduces a new and improved forms engine for the following forms:

• BHS - School Adolescent 12-24 (Self-Report)

• PHQ-Adolescents

• GAD-C 11 to 17

• WCSD-SECA - Short Form

Participants and Providers filling out these forms will find a faster, more responsive interface including the following:

• Autosaving
• Real-time error handling
• Improved accessibility

We look forward to migrating more of the most frequently used forms in bhworks to the new forms engine in the coming months.
