This document describes new features and major bug fixes added to bhworks in the 26.1 release.
This release makes improvements to case notes, reports, and adds new permissions for removing task lists and referrals. Smaller bug fixes, performance improvements and infrastructure upgrades are also included in the release but not detailed here.

This release introduces a new and improved forms engine for the following forms:
BHS - School Adolescent 12-24 (Self-Report)
PHQ-Adolescents
GAD-C 11 to 17
WCSD-SECA - Short Form
Participants and Providers filling out these forms will find a faster, more responsive interface including the following:
- Autosaving
- Real-time error handling
- Improved accessibility
We look forward to migrating more of the most frequently used forms in bhworks to the new forms engine in the coming months.
