Amending or Removing Case Notes

A brief overview of how to amend or mark case notes as entered in error. If you don't see the options, please contact your bhworks organization manager to update your account permissions or to reopen the case notes for you. 


Depending on the ROLE of the user. The following options may be available.


*If you don’t see the option to amend, your bhworks system administrator can update your permissions or reopen the case note for amending or marking as entered in error for you. 


More Actions button: (3 Dots next to the Case Note entry) 

 Amend: Allows you to Amend a case note.

Mark Entered In Error, allows you to delete a case note.

Click the 3 dots and select amend, then click the 3 dots again and select Marked In Error
