Click Allow when asked for permission to use your camera and microphone.
If permission to access the camera or microphone has been blocked:
- try starting / joining the session again
- update the settings on your computer or mobile device.
Chrome browser (Windows computers, Chromebooks, Android Devices, Mac computers)
- Select Settings (Preferences on Mac)
Select Site settings under Privacy and security
Select Camera
Select the blocked site (bhworks-portal.mdlogix.com)
Click Clear and Reset
Safari browser (iPhone, iPad)
- Click AA in top left corner
- Select Website settings
- Set Camera and Microphone settings to Ask (will ask each time) or Allow
Safari browser (Mac computers)
- Select the Safari menu
- Select Settings for this Website
- Set Camera and Microphone settings to Ask (will ask each time) or Allow
