How do I attach documents to tasks?

In the latest release, we have streamlined the process for attaching documents to complete tasks. Please see the steps below:

Please see the following steps for the new workflow:


For Tasks Associated with an electronic form:

  • Click 'Start' on the task
    • Who will complete the task? Select Provider
    • Select 'Upload Document'
    • Click 'Continue'
    • Select the 'Completed on Date' and attach the document
    • Click 'Complete Task'

For Tasks NOT Associated with an electronic form:

  • Click 'Start' on the task
  • Select the 'Completed on Date' and attach the document
  • Click 'Complete Task'


If you have documents that you need to attach to a participant's record that do not have pre-defined tasks created, please reach out to support@mdlogix.com. We can work with you to update your tasks so that those documents have a specific task created where they can be attached.
