Tasks: Overview (Completed) Dashboard Guide

Modified on Mon, 14 Jul at 10:20 AM

The Tasks: Overview (Completed) dashboard displays de-identified, aggregated, real-time data about the numbers and names of tasks completed in bhworks.

For general information on navigating dashboards, please click this link

You can use the filter options to narrow the dashboard results to only show specific programs, school/location, task name, and if it was manually or electronically completed.

Tasks marked as manually completed were finished by uploading a scanned document or do not have an electronic form associated with the task. Electronically completed tasks are ones that were completed within bhworks.

The date displayed for the task is based on when the task was completed, not when the task was originally assigned.

Dropdown/Selectable Filters:

You can use the dropdown/selectable filter options to narrow the dashboard results to only show specific programs, districts, schools, and mode of completion (electronically in bhworks or via scanned document uploaded to bhworks).
