Getting Started: Locate the orange Help button on the bhworks dashboard located in the bottom right corner of every webpage.
Contact Us: The Contact Us button is your direct link to obtain technical support for any issues you may encounter while using bhworks that your System Admin can not assist you with. Click the button to open a support form and provide all relevant information with full details about your issue.
Important Information Needed: Requests must include the following. Our Help widget is a safe encrypted/protected method to provide student PHI for support.
- Student Name or the direct link into the student record
- Student Birthdate or the direct link into the student record
- Student UIC# or the direct link into the student record
- Student's currently enrolled school location
- Detailed description of what issue or question the request is about.
Our Support Desk:
- Response Time: Response times may vary, but the tech support team is dedicated to addressing your inquiries promptly and work to provide an initial response within 24 hours.
- After submission: You may receive follow-up questions or troubleshooting steps from the support team. Please keep an eye on your email for updates regarding your request.
